先安装声卡驱动
sudo apt-get install alsa
然后修改配置文件
sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base
在这个文件里加上一句话
options snd-hda-intel model=3stack
保存，重启
修改音量中的PCM，调低一点
ok了，声音便好了：）
